I tried the "on line" Jabra hearing aids (same as Costco) for three years and was never satisfied because they didn't fit well or address my tinnitus and high frequency hearing loss. No matter how many adjustments or how much time I spent with their staff, I just couldn't get the help I needed. I was referred to Dr. Casey, an experienced and patient Audiologist who has the right diagnostic equipment and represents many different manufacturers. We settled on Oticon hearing aids to address both hearing loss and my tinnitus. After three months, the difference is amazing and so much better! Dr. Casey has helped fine tune the many adjustments that Oticon offers and for the first time in years, I can now hear clearly in all environments without the constant, distracting tinnitus. This is a Southlake hidden gem. Dr. Casey took time to listen and understand my concerns. Her testing is very thorough and she made me feel very comfortable. I was so happy with the visit I scheduled my next visit for 2026 before I left the office. I feel very fortunate to have such a great doctor so close to home.

Dr. Casey is wonderful. My mother has been her patient for four years now. My Mom’s first language is not English and Dr. Casey is great getting by that barrier in helping her to hear better. Cindy, her Office Manager has been awesome with repairs that were needed for her Widex hearing aids. Together, they make a great team. Looking forward to my Mom’s next yearly visit.
