Complete Care Southlake

I had a wonderful experience at Complete Care Southlake! The drive from Dallas was worth it for the wonderful care I received! Nancy and Jonathan were very professional and caring nurses. Julie and Carynne were amazing and kind. Dr. Peebles was very thorough and answered all of my questions! Even the supervisor Cindy popped in to check on me and she deserves a gold star! Thank you Complete Care Southlake!! I will always choose them for my care

I want to let everyone know how great Dr Dorton is. He is personable, takes his time to discuss the diagnosis & truly cares for his patients. A really nice Doctor! Amanda at the front desk was so welcoming & smiling the whole time. Tabitha in the back office, was also very friendly & thoroughly went over my history & gave me final instructions. They make a great team & really like what they do! Thank you so much! It was a great experience!

I had a great experience at Complete Care Southlake. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain my treatment clearly. The facility was very clean and modern. I truly felt well cared for. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at Complete Care this week. They listened and understood my needs, especially since I had an upcoming planned surgery soon. I do recommend them to others already and will definitely continue to do so.

This place is amazing. I was out of town and needed an ER. Chose here to due proximity to hotel, and I was not disappointed. From check in to check out everything just went smooth. Super easy to register and the x-ray tech made short work of my need. Nurse and doctor listened to my concern and were very thorough in diagnosis and treatment. Hope I don't have to go back but I would chose this place again if the need arose.
