What a joke, got my appointment cancelled TWICE because they keep trying to make an appointment with my insurance instead of out of pocket like i requested! Avoid at all costs!

I am trying to find a good GI doctor. Called to get an appointment after having a CT scan was completed with a different doctor who I wasn’t a big fan of. The lady who answered the phone was nice until I told her I had already seen a GI doctor within 6 months. Then she said the doctors there weren’t seeing new patients for second opinions (though I don’t just want a second opinion) and said, “plus we’d need your records before we’d consider making an appointment for you”. Very rude attitude and made me feel like a burden to want to find another GI doctor after ONE visit with another doctor.

Doctor is very pleasant. Sent me for an ultrasound of my stomach. Previous GI did not prescribed this test, which I feel I need for months.

The atmosphere there is "how can I help" everytime Im there. They go out of there way to take care of me. Even waiting after hours.

The TDDC staff was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. They answered all of my questions and concerns about my upcoming procedure.
