I'm sharing my review primarily because my husband and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Carter-Smith, who we thankfully chose as our daughter's pediatrician. Her nurse is absolutely incredible as well, and I can't express enough how grateful we are to have our daughter under their care! With every appointment we are seen quickly and never feel like just another patient. Their care is personable and their recommendations and observations regarding our baby girl's health and milestone achievement always feels thorough and like it is given with the same care that they would give their own children. We are so grateful for them as we journey through parenthood as former NICU parents to a 25 weeker!

This place is not a good a place to take your child ! The doctor is very Bias , and doesn’t solve the issue and doesn’t do a proper diagnostic . Only makes you come many times without actually having knowledge how to treat your child . It’s all business and trying to make money out of you instead of helping you .

The office and doctor dropped me after I had surgery and couldn't drive or move around to bring my kids in for appt. I had called and I still was dropped. Before that, I had a great experience but their policy on that should be reconsidered. Im still out for recovery but definitely wouldn't recommend if you have any recovery to do

I wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible treatment my daughter received this morning. I made an appointment for my sick 17yr old daughter with Dr. Nieto who is not her regular pediatrician because her physician was booked. I was called by the practice manager and told that the physician was not comfortable seeing her and she should go to urgent care or see her OB for a fever and a sore throat. She said at her age she should really be seeing a family practice physician not a pediatrician. Also stated that she was late but couldn't say how late she was. I'm disgusted with this practice. I am an employee of Texas Children's and we have never turned away a sick child. I will never go back to this practice and would definitely not refer anyone to this practice after this experience. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Carter Smith! She is so personable and sweet. She cares about her clients and you can tell! Her nurse is also just as amazing! We recently moved to Spring and had to transfer to another Children's and the hospitality is just not the same. I might be driving 45m - 1 hour just to see Dr. Carter Smith!
