Unnecessary medical test - check 2 hour drive time - check Fill out forms 2x - check 1.5 hours in the waiting room to be weighed - check 4 minute cell phone call in my vehicle-check Waste of time - check Here was my Dr visit... To say I am irritated is an understatement. They are completely disrespectful towards their patients/customers time and money. I was not informed that after all was said and done the appointment would be a 4 minute dr. phone call. Allow me to explain.... I wasted over $20 and more than 3.5 hours of my time. Much more if you factor in the unnecessary test they requested I get prior to my appointment. I was 30 minutes early as requested. They were not there at that time, 9:30. Thus, the request that I arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork was wasteful of my time. My

I was starting the process and all was good until I went to speak to the nutritionist after that I was made to wait to speak with doctor and they told me no after waiting which my appointment wasn’t to speak with doctor but I waited cause they said too. Well today I get a call to pay $75 which I was told dirt was $45 but upon checking out the lady in the front said I didn’t have to make a payment. Well the lady that called me today “ Hannah was very unprofessional and told me that I said I told the lady in the front I didn’t need to pay because my insurance didn’t cover it and that is completely a lie! Hannah got to defending the lady upfront n I said and was rude so I hung up . She called again I told her I’d be there Monday to not call again. Well she calls again and leave an ugly messag

have had an amazing experience, staff is very knowledgeable and very responsive to all questions! excited for this journey to be a healthier me!

This has been a wonderful experience from beginning to finish. A great supporting staff, a doctor who listens and is concerned with your health without judgement, and nutritionist who take the time to explain and answer any possible question you might have. Not to mention great insurance advocates who are communicative, diligent and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better support team during this process.

I started the process with another Dr and it was a nightmare. I decided to move on with a different one and Texas Bariatric Specialist was my second choice. Supportive team, they answer emails/ Phone calls very quickly and they are very welcoming team. My only regret was not using them as my first option.
