Solomon Orthodontics - Killeen

My daughter was scheduled for her braces consult today and I was highly impressed with how it went. Dr. Solomons team is very kind an professional and very easy to talk to. Dr. Solomon was also very warm and made her feel comfortable throughout the process. The star of the office is Andrea. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and welcomed. She spoke to her directly as a person not just another patient. She explained the process throughly answering all her questions and mine as well. I will recommend this office to everyone I know.

They made my son feel at ease and walked him and I through the whole process . First time with braces and he came out smiling for sure . Very clean office , and awesome staff . Shout out to Miss Cristina she helped us through the paperwork and checking out but she was nothing but smiles and a positive great attitude. Dr Solomon was great very patient and attentive .So glad my dentist recommended him. Cant wait to see the results of his new smile .

The staff was friendly including Dr.Solomon. The check in process was easy, financing with Andrea was simple to understand and Dr.Solomon was transparent about the process and whether it was needed or not. The other staff that helped with placing the brackets and doing X-rays were friendly, explained the procedures they were doing and overall made the process less scary for first time braces wearer.

Amazingly got seen 15mins early! 😍🥳 Prettiest dental office I've seen. Ms. Andrea was very professional, nice, & informative. Dr. Solomon was very patient & professional. Sabrina was very calming & made the visit very comfortable. April is VERY upbeat & fun!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes early, completed and returned the three papers I was given before 1:00, and then sat down to wait. By 1:20 p.m., no one had called me, and no one informed me that they were running behind. After waiting with no communication at all, I decided to leave and walked to my car. It wasn’t until 1:31 p.m. that someone finally called to ask if I still wanted to continue with my appointment. What upset me the most was being told that someone had come out at 1:10 to call me. That is simply not true. No one came out to look for me, and no one called my name. Being told something that did not happen — especially when I had been sitting there the entire time — felt dishonest
