I had an excellent experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was welcoming, organized, and attentive from the moment I walked in. My appointment started on time, and the medical team took their time to listen, explain, and address every concern without making me feel rushed. Dr. Robert Stokes was thorough, compassionate, and clearly knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. The clinic itself was clean, comfortable, and efficiently run. This is for my husband's appointment. I went in with him and the Dr. (Robert Stokes) was so welcoming. Was so informing. So now I'm going to have him for my Dr. Jo Marie was also so nice. Not like other clinics I've ever been to.

The only urgent care my family and I will ever go to from now on!! I orguonally went to an ER had a 7-hour wait. I was already frustrated, and then even more annoyed when I realized that almost every urgent care was closed besides one. I normally avoid urgent cares because they often make me feel like I’m just a source of money and that genuine care is lacking. BUT KILLEEN FAMILY MEDICINE & URGENT CARE— I walked in, and they were incredibly accommodating when I explained that I was experiencing very loud ringing in one of my ears. The front desk lady was so sweet and helpful, even through all of my “What did you say?” “Excuse me?” “Can you talk louder?” Then Jayla took me back to the patient room, and while doing my vitals and intake, she was so personable and funny. This place is definitely a diamond in the rough. Got seen in less than 10 minutes of being in the lobby. Everyone was extremely kind and patient and went through my options and didn’t make me feel like I was the problem. Robert, Jayla, Galia, and Lael were extremely awesome people!!! If you are looking for somewhere to be seen quickly and with great service go here!! You won’t be disappointed! Honestly wanted to keep this place a secret because of how nice and quick it was but this place very much deserves its recognition and is outliving its reputation!!!
