Their incompetence in handling my Workman's Comp claim led to my needed surgery being denied because the surgeon did not call the reviewer back in three days and would not return their calls or written requests. Seemed like there were problems at every turn over the two years of treating me. It took them over 6 months to finally order a MRI after my injury and by that time I had scar tissue from an Annular Tear. Then there were issues like Drs. not even knowing what had been already done on me and then I started getting the shuffle by the different Drs. Finally decided to get away from them and get treated through my insurance with a reputable group if I ever needed to. Is there a -5 star? Needs to be because that is were I would rate my experience.

They did me wrong , had me pay for MRI scans . They forgot about the arm pain and ringing in my ears and then sent me a discontinuation letter as if I did something wrong . I have a massive bill now and I am worse . Yea Texas back institute is so good... Mr Patel was my doctor and I have never met a more uncaring "physician" in my life . Snap ! Here I am , permanent numbness in right arm , constant pain , ringing in ears . I told him this when I came back to get my scans ( when I got where I could afford them) I ALSO told him that I had lower back pain too. So what does he do? He scans only that area forgetting about the BONE SPUR ON MY NECK AND MY ARM PAIN . I get where I can barely sleep , I asked him for meds anything but after the wrong scan , I could not get anything ! He is awful ,
