Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I loved my experience here! First time to go to Texas Breeze Health. The facility was spotless and new/modern feeling. I really liked the kindness of the doctor. She was warm and friendly, and educated me as well as listened to me and then made her assessment and recommendations. Everybody should go here! Oh, and I waited maybe 10 minutes only!

Felt very clean and staff were polite and very professional. Brought my 1 year old in for ear infection, did need an appointment, got one in 2 hours. They take patients every 15 min but were booked out. Our appointment was quick from start to finish and both MA and Doc were wonderful with making my daughter feel comfortable and not scared during her exam. Thanks!

The Texas Health Breeze urgent care location in Addison was clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, quick, and professional. Nurse David x-rayed my legs and hand painlessly - much better than what I've had at several high-end orthopedists offices. Nurse practitioner Kim got me wrapped in bandages to control the swelling. They are my new go-to for urgent care!

I had an appointment at 7pm but came earlier because I was feeling worse and I was concerned that my pharmacy would be closed. They were able to see me right away. They were very professional and efficient. They recommended additional tests by my PCP.

I was greeted at the door and taken to a room immediately. No waiting in a big room with 100 other sick people. I scheduled the appointment online which was great! Best service ever. All staff listened to me and treated me with great respect and care. I was even offered a bottle of water while I was waiting for my Xray results. 10/10 would come again. This is a VERY different experience from other urgent care facilities.
