My experience at Teton Foot & Ankle Center was amazing! Dr. Brady James did well at explaining the process, reassuring during the procedure, ensuring there was no pain, and explaining post care. He took his time with stitches to minimize scarring. I would absolutely visit again for any future care needed!

I had to pay out of pocket because of terrible insurance, but still took my daughter here because a friend recommended Dr. Michael James so highly. The staff bent over backwards to work us in as soon as possible and Dr. James Sr. was fantastic--very kind and friendly. And because our insurance wouldn't cover the procedure, Dr. James generously helped us work out a manageable payment plan. About a year later, I scheduled an appointment for myself to check out ongoing toe pain. Dr. Michael James gave a diagnosis and recommendations, but I was unable to follow all of his suggestions since I was allergic to ingredients in the recommended product. I cannot even say how impressed I am with Dr. James and his staff. Every single staff member I have interacted with has gone above and beyond to be kind, make sure I was comfortable, and help me in any way that they can. They remembered my name! They seriously cared about me ! They have earnestly made sure I was comfortable for the consultation, the surgery, and called the night after surgery to make sure I had the doctors number and check on me. I’m excited to be out of the boot- but this experience has been as smooth as it possibly could have been and I credit that to the care of this awesome practice!!
