Terry Reilly Health Services - 1st St. Clinic

I just saw how they refused service to a deaf person even though they had a tablet and had an interpreter there for her but the provider did not want to take her in without an in person interpreter. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way

This location doesn't know how to answer a phone at all. I would give no stars because I have been calling since 8:30am and it is now 11:30 and I left messages and still no response, but the no star is not an option sadly. I love one of the st Luke's doc that works there but I will be finding out where her office is and go see her at her main office from now on this Terry Riley is a joke. Help people my butt.

It’s probably the worst doctors office to try to get a hold of. I’ve been calling for two days and leaving a queue in line and have not received a phone call back.

The doctor I'm currently seeing is fine. However no matter what time or day I call there is no answer, and I never receive a callback.

When you're medically indigent as I was for many years, Terry Reilly they've saved me so many times. They offer sliding scale payment arrangements based on income. They have a caring staff, wonderful kind doctors, that are caring, compassionate & supportive, in house pharmacy services. I still go there to this day, now on Medicaid & SDI also I'm disabled due to a work related injury & no longer work, I still need them more than ever, & so does the Idaho community...they've helped me so much Terry Reilly & all it's locations a "True Gem" of Idaho & the Treasure Valley.
