Editing to add: Since none of them could read the xray sent from the other dentist she had her own done, and when i asked why she didn't xray a better location to where she was talking about but wasn't in her xray, i told her to pull up the other dentists xray and she said "that's a better angle, i just wanted my own xray", so just wanted more money!!! We came in 40 minutes early,(at least 4 of them were on their phones including Dr. Hildabrand when we walked to the back room) once they called us back they had no idea what we came in for. Even though I explained everything when I scheduled the appointment. Had xrays sent from a dentist that wasn't in our network but could actually get us in for an emergency. They couldn't find them so I had to call and get them resent. Then Dr. Hildabrand

Since my first posting was somehow removed I felt I needed to write another expressing my total lack of confidence in their ability to perform denture placement when needed! MY brother had dentures made months ago and they did not fit and place them before my brother had his upper teeth removed. Doing this they created the situation were the dentures he has had for as least 6 months no longer fit properly and have to be remade. This in turn created not only a delay in his dentures but has caused him to have to make many unnecessary trip which are very difficult for him since he has Parkinson's' and is in a wheel chair. Getting a ride to the office is next to impossible but this dentist shows no concern for that!!! I would not trust nor go to this dentist for my own care!

Let me start by saying everyone here is super sweet. They’re very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, everything else was not good. I went in to get some fillings done. The first time they took me back, numbed me, and then promptly forgot about me for an hour. It was getting to the point that I was afraid I was going to need more numbing. After I got the fillings done one of them immediately cracked. Literally the next day. It was incredibly painful. When I went back to get it fixed they redid the filling and informed me that if I was still having problems after this that they’d have to refer me to a “root canal specialist.” Now, even after the redone filling, my tooth is still so painful that I can’t chew on one side of my mouth. This is Mary Ann’s son, Keith Madley. My mother has dementia, and significant hearing loss, so the visit to your office can be overwhelming for her and me. Your staff showed incredible patience with my mom’s needs and with me trying to complete paperwork. Thank you! You guys are the best.

I have had some bad experiences with dentist and was skeptical but Dr. Hilderbrand and her assistants made me feel so at ease! My appointment was very thorough and informative. I’m glad I decided to try them out! Excellent all around.
