Tend Dental Grand Central

I had my first appointment today at Tend Dental Grand Central. From the front office to the end of my appointment, I have never experienced such a modern decor setting for a dental office. My hygienist Willie, took me in, was so effortless in her routine cleaning & x-rays. Then Dr. Cook finished my appointment with the needed cavity fillings while informing me every step of the way. He make sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the entire procedure. I am beyond thankful my coworker recommended me to Tend. I had a great experience. Highly recommend, Thank you!

I had to run into Tend as a new patient for an emergency issue: an old filling had fallen out on a holiday weekend! Dr. Glusker and her team put me at ease, and were able to fit me in on very short notice (I booked morning of and was in the office a few hours later). I really appreciated the kindness and efficiency, and the clarity with which my treatment options were given to me. I felt very well taken care of for an issue that could have been much worse if I needed to wait to be seen.

Dr.Laraccas is amazing. I was very nervous- she was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. When I came in I was greeted by Karen who is great! The dental hygienists were also very thorough and explained everything along the way! The practice is so modern! I would recommend my family and friends to visit Tend!

Every appointment I’ve had at Tend no matter the location I’ve been treated with respect. They care and give good advice about taking care of your teeth. I even got shown a video on the correct way how to floss my teeth after many years of flosses incorrectly. I recommend Tend because they care about your teeth, give great advice and also have flexible hours and locations so you never have to wait to see a dentist.

Extremely disappointing experience! I'd give a zero star if I could. I have been a longstanding customer of Tend and have come to this location for routine cleaning and checks many times and had okay experience. Will never go back! I recently made an appointment for a routine cleaning, and waited for 60 mins before the front desk communicated with me they were still verifying insurance information (which has been the same for years). The waiting time seemed to be indefinite and I had to leave without receiving any treatments. Huge waste of time!
