During my first visits couple years ago, they advised me to give my cat a sedative before his next appointment for an X-ray. At the follow-up visit, they kept my cat for four hours but never completed the procedure because he was hiding in a corner while they tried to use a net to get him out. After that, I chose other clinics and had much better experiences. However, I decided to give this place another chance for a simple rabies shot and out of convenience sake due to location. Before even examining my cat, the doctor immediately said she probably couldn’t perform the exam without a sedative. This was frustrating since other vets have managed just fine with him in the past. Amazing consultation, exam and treatment- my cat was in dire straits and we had very little hope- but thanks to the staff and Dr. Jimenez, he not only recuperated but is still doing great, considering he is 14.5 years old and may have cancer😢I also took my other cat who is just as old and he too was in critical condition, but again thanks to the amazing team and Dr. Jimenez he is doing wonderfully- I am extremely grateful and happy with this vet hospital and all the people who made my baby critters feel safe, and who cared for them as their own!

Safe to say that my poor cat had a profoundly horrible experience here. My cat actually enjoys going to the vet and is very good with veterinary staff, but she absolutely hated it here. I've never heard her scream the way she did with the staff here. I was pretty disappointed as well - the doctor met with us for 5 minutes tops and ordered labs and tests she never properly explained the necessity of. I have no issue with labs and bloodwork but I'd like to understand why I'm paying $400+ for the visit (edited to add: this was my first time, so that was with the deal they advertise on the website). This hospital is terrible! Please, everyone, don't go there! My dog's ears were red and swollen, and they quoted over $400. They took my dog ​​in for a checkup, then said the dog wasn't cooperating and told me to put a muzzle on it. They also told me to go home and give the dog a sedative before coming back for another checkup. I said I couldn't accept giving my dog ​​a sedative. If I could give this place less than a star I would. My dog has been having issues with one of her anal glands, I came in 2 months ago, the vet said it looked to be healing already and told me to go home and monitor it but to come back in 2 weeks to do an expression and go from there. It got worse I still brought her in 2 weeks after to try and do the expression but the vet saw her said she needed antibiotics now and only did the expression for one gland and sent me on my way. One month later here we are again I called to make sure this would be a recheck because I've been paying full examination costs for the SAME issue that they dont resolve, they tell me she's okay them she gets worse and I have to pay again to come back and get it fixed when it could have been fixed the first time.
