San Gabriel Dental and Orthodontics

Went into the office for the new patient offer of $39, which includes an x-ray, exam and basic cleaning. The x-ray and exam were done, but the basic cleaning was not. Instead, only my front teeth were polished. The dentist and assistant were pushing for me to get a deep cleaning and crowns and other procedures that I did not want, as I only came for the basic cleaning. Upon my refusal of the additional services, the dentist told me that my teeth would only be polished and no tartar or calcium build up would be removed. Most of the time, I was waiting and signing paperwork. The cleaning itself lasted about 2 minutes, and only my front teeth were polished and sprayed with water. Best dental experience of my life, Doesn’t look like much on the outside, but you walk in and are immediately greeted, From front desk staff to Dentist in back, everyone has something to contribute, My appointment was not rushed. Everything was thoroughly explained , I would highly recommend, going back for braces and implants. Super excited to share my results. 😀💕

It had been a while since I had gone to the dentist. The team at San Gabriel Dental and Orthodontics made it a great experience. They were able to answer my detailed questions with ease which let me know that they had significant experience. My wife also now comes here as we feel very comfortable with the care here. I am very disappointed with their customer service , the place is not clean , different staffs different words , I can’t believe they lost our X-ray record and change the word saying that we didn’t take any X-ray. How can we trust this type of service.
