I saw Dr. Cao today with complicated vision issues. She was thorough, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable! Adjusting my vision through the standing vision test and then watching me walk she even helped my BALANCE! I look forward to seeing her for my yearly eye exams. We live a distance from her office, but maybe I’ll see her more often than annually. She gave me the name of a Dr. closer to home for possible Vision Therapy. How KIND! For now I’m SO HAPPY I saw her at the encouragement of my PRI Physical Therapist. Everyone in her office works together to offer great care, with great caring.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cao and staffs! She is absolutely amazing with kids—so patient, gentle, and kind. From the moment we walked in, she made both my kids feel completely comfortable and at ease. She takes her time, never rushes, and truly knows how to connect with children in a way that makes the whole experience stress-free and even enjoyable. What I appreciate most is how thoroughly she explains everything. She walks through each step of the exam, clearly explains what she’s looking for, and makes sure both parents and kids understand what’s going on. Dr. Jacqueline Dang is an exceptional optometrist. Her patience and kindness are commendable, and she consistently dedicates ample time to address all inquiries without rushing. I confidently recommend her services to my family and friends for their optometric needs.

Dr Cao and her team are definitely one of a kind! Parking: There is safe and shaded lot on the 1st floor, so no need to spend extra time looking for street parking! Facility: Some might think I’m weird but I judge a facility by the cleanliness of their restrooms. Happy to report that theirs is SO clean every visit and always replenished (: Upon entry, there’s a spacious waiting room with seats & a wide variety of eyewear display to check out while you wait. Service: The front desk ladies are always so friendly and personable! They always happily greet my husband and I at every appointment and will work with you in every way to ensure we set up/reschedule the next appointment or find/answer any questions we may have. Dr. Judy Cao is amazing at what she does . She was so patient and helpful with my daughter. Today was my daughters first eye exam and she made her felt so comfortable that my daughter said the exam was so fun. Prizes at the end for your little ones which made it extra fun. Dr. Cao is so sweet and took her time to explain the exam . The staff were also friendly and helpful . I picked up a few sun glasses, lenses and contact lenses a while back. They also helped me adjust my glasses and were so patient with whatever I needed help with . I love that they have a wide selection of frames here to choose from. Overall I had a great experience here. Will be going here now for my eye exam and glasses . Friendly doctor and staff. Great customer service!
