Temple Avenue Pharmacy

Since most of the old employees has left things aren't the same. I love the pharmacist but this one particular girl seems to always have a attitude. When given a different brand of iron pills. I reached out and spoke with the same girl. She was saying it's a different name plus manufacturer but it's for the same thing. As i told her I have taken ferrous sulfate all along plus this is what my doctor prescribed..I also stated that I would bring the wrong medicine back. Her response was oh, no. I told her those other ones makes my chest hurt. Her response was well I can't give them to you free, who said anything about giving them to me free. She's a rude little girl to me considering I'm 63 years. I'm thinking about leaving

Used this pharmacy for the first time I did not know there hrs of closing. After getting there some minutes after closing they still helped me. I am so thankful they still got my rx done even tho I was there late. Thank youuuu soo much

This is the best pharmacy!! What makes it so good is Crystal Varner. She is an amazing technician who is very knowledgeable in every medicine I've ever taken and she is so sweet and compassionate! She works hard for her patients and she has personally fought for me when I needed refills on some of my meds. She is nothing short of remarkable and if she wasn't there, I wouldn't be getting my meds filled there. I would follow her anywhere. I trust her more than my doctors. She's professional, kind and has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occassion!!!

We moved from the 757 in 2018. I have had several years of dealing with major health issues, but chronic pain has been my thorn. I was reluctant changing to a smaller pharmacy thinking they would not have access to vendors to get my medication. I also assumed they would not have the knowledge of a Walgreen's or CVS. I WAS WRONG!!! I have dealt with 5 years of incompetence and belittling not wanting to change pharmacy's. I am so grateful that I finally made the change. The customer service that I have received from Crystal and her team are unmatched in this area. I am so upset that it took me this long to switch. Walgreens told me to go sit in the parking lot and they would have my prescription ready in one hour,they had already had it for a week and never filled it , I called my doctor and asked him to change my pharmacy to this one and it has been 5 years and have never had a problem and will never change unless I move out of state
