Tavares Pharmacy

Very disappointed in the attitude of the young woman answering the phone. She was very short and I explained that I was using an Goodrx card. My husband went to pick up prescription and told him that they do not accept that card. She could have told me that on the phone and I would have gone somewhere else. I will not go back to them again. Was the first and last time.

Worst ever lately always something can’t never get a simple prescription instead of trying to fill for the whole world and just the actual patients it might be better it’s literally always something trying to find me a pharmacy immediately you’ll be sick and die with this place !

I am new to this area and want to support local businesses in the community. However, i’m sorry to say that my first interaction with Tavares Pharmacy was not a pleasant one. The young lady who answered my phone call mumbled and did not seem to know how to converse with an adult. She informed me that they were not accepting new “patient“ at this time. That kind of threw me off, and I replied that I’m not a patient, I’m a customer. She then rudely said they are not accepting new customers at this time. Her inability to have an adult conversation made me think I was speaking with a young child. I am very disappointed because I had heard good things about Tavares Pharmacy and it’s even listed on my insurance plan as a top choice for filling prescriptions. I have contacted my insurance p

Friendly staff and usually has the medicine our family needs when others like CVS takes over 60 days to get a prescription allergy medicine back in stock.

They are wonderful. Delivered my prescriptions always on time. They are courteous and helpful on the phone. I moved from Tavares and switched pharmacies but am going back! I miss their friendly, efficient, excellent service.
