Only one word - excellent! I always enjoy speaking with Regina. If I ask a question that I feel is a little more, medically, advanced than some patients she answers with a level equal to the question. Questions are not just answered but discussed in conversations.

First and foremost, I would like to commend Waterman Hospital for its stunning and modern facilities. It is truly a beautiful and impressive institution. As a patient, I want to share a suggestion for improvement. I have not been to the hospital before, and since there are no maps provided at the facility—only Google Maps—I believe it would be helpful if the staff who schedule appointments could inform new patients that they are inside the hospital, as navigating with only Google Maps can be confusing. During my visit, I found it quite difficult to find the right location, and I overheard another gentleman express the same difficulty while waiting, which confirmed my experience. Regina was very thorough and she reviewed all of my prior supplied medical records. She has had many years of service / experience in the urology field. Good communication skills !!

My experience with Regina Christian, PASUP was wonderful. Checked in waited a few minutes than ushered Regina's office. Than on my way home. Great office staff.
