The support staff here is excellent, but the 5 different doctors I saw in 3 months were REALLY, really not as professional or knowledgeable, in my opinion, as one would like when seeing a doctor. You would think with the amount of money they are charging, and in my opinion, it was a lot, that the care would be better. The whole experience was underwhelming at best. If given the opportunity, this would be my last resort for care in the future.

The staff is THE BEST!, Makenzie, Valerie and Alice are very friendly and explained everything to us every step of the way. Roxy was always very accommodating with our schedules and always has a smile on to greet us. When I explained to Dr. Sam that I'd never had chiropractic adjustments before and was very hesitent about it, she understood and we talked until I was ready for the manual adjustments. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs care after an accident.

I’m greatful for this location and its employees. First time experiencing and they answered all my concerns took time to explain the reason and so helpful for this journey. Dr Sam took time to explain my symptoms step by step and Roxanne helped me organized my appointments. Also Valerie, Alice and McKenzie were so helpful telling me step by step how to get through this process. Hands down by far the best facility I have been too and I will highly recommend this office! Thank you so much ladies for all you do! I am my best because of y’all!

The staff here at sterling medical in Tavares are AMAZING! Dr. Sam is the absolute best when it comes to adjusting my BACK! Love the staff here very helpful. Alice, McKenzie, Valerie are awesome at helping through the therapy process and Roxanna at the front is super helpful and flexible with me when it comes to my appointments. Overall I highly recommend the Tavares office.

Since I started coming here in March I’ve loved everyone here. The receptionist Roxxy is so kind and super easy to talk to when it comes to scheduling she also has helped me schedule ALL of my appointments it was amazing, she’s also super welcome I always feel welcome when I’m here. She is divine. Kenzie, Tori, Val and Doc are also some of the kindest and most considerate women I have met when I first started coming here Kenzie saw how tight my cast was around my fingers and tried anything possible to help my fingers regain blood flow literally saving my fingers from amputation and has helped me put on KT tape multiple times for my shoulder to replace it. Val and Tori are amazing in the workout room. They hear about our pains and see what possible stretches or exercises can help ease our p
