I don’t write reviews but I recently visited this office for several dental fillings, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After the procedure, I noticed an issue that I wanted to address with the doctor. When I brought it up, I felt my concern was dismissed. I was told that everything “looked fine,” and if I was unhappy with the work, I should seek care elsewhere. Additionally, when I came in for my cleaning I asked to look at my X-rays to better understand what was going on, I was not clearly shown them or given a proper explanation. This made me feel unheard and uninformed about my own dental care. Dr. Gao was a wonderful dentist and Dr. Fang is also top notch. Helen and Jenn always assist and remain positive and supportive. Janice is patient and kind and the clinic is clean and organized! Helen has the most gorgeous eyes. Everyone is dressed well and ready for work anytime I go. I come early to find parking (metered). Great team and flexible scheduling which includes Saturdays!

Dr. Fang might be the best dentist out there. He took great care of my daughter when other dentists weren't able to help. Wish I could give him 100 stars!

My son has depressive and anxiety disorders and the staff is exceptional with him. As a result of his disability his teeth need a lot of work so it's a difficult process to get him there. They are very understanding when he just can't get himself there because the anxiety makes him physically ill. They always have smiles on their faces and make everything much easier for us than any dentist we've been to, and we've tried many. I can't express how grateful we are to them.

I have been a patient here for almost 2 years, and I absolutely love it. The staff is warm and welcoming. Doctor Ross has been informative and very helpful, in this journey of reutrning my smile. Jen and Jess are the best assistants out there!!! My daughter has her first dentist appointment coming up and i couldn't be more excited to bring her here.
