Pediatric Associates at Northwoods

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Pediatric Associates. Both of my kids absolutely love the doctors and staff, which says a lot as a parent. The team is always kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The office is very organized, appointments run smoothly, and the staff is responsive whenever we have questions or need support. The facility itself is also incredibly clean and well maintained, which always gives me peace of mind. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the families they serve. I’m so grateful we found a practice where my little ones feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!

This facility provides exceptional pediatric care. The staff is consistently courteous, responsive, and takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly. My child has Down syndrome, and the care she receives here is truly thoughtful, respectful, and individualized. The providers speak to her in a way she understands, explain what is happening so she feels included, and treat her with dignity. They recognize her as the young adult she is and never speak to her like a baby. This level of awareness, compassion, and professionalism makes this a highly recommended and outstanding facility. I am extremely grateful for the care they provide.

Dr. Tomase is the most understanding pediatrician; we have had him since my son was only a few weeks old. The office is very accommodating. Everyone is friendly, even yesterday coming in from a blizzard! Dr. Tomase took time to listen to not only my concerns, but my son, as he is a teen. I highly recommend this office and while I’m very sad Dr. Tomase will be retiring this summer as I’ve trusted him with caring for my son and he’s been better than the best, we have seen a few of the doctors in this practice who have all been great!

Dr Sengupta and the team are welcoming from the moment you walk into their office. They care for our 2.5 yr and 4 month old since birth and have always felt safe and heard in their office. I’m not one to love vaccines and have had lengthy convos regarding them. I never felt rushed, uninformed, or pressured etc because I wanted more clarification. This is important to us, because I have had doctors that don’t act that way and it’s disheartening. Dr Sengupta has always been very professional while keeping it light like you’re talking to a friend - that’s the care we look for.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Silvia since they were babies, never had any bad experiences. She is very nice, she interact with the kids, no rush. The whole staff are very kind and nice, it doesn't matter wich Dr. my kids are seeing, they all very professional and nice. Dr. McQuaid discovered my daughter's heart problem when was a new born and I am very grateful for that. I can't complain.
