Love my Dr. And NP Erica they care and are the best. My Dr. Chalazi promises me 5 years ago to help me get back to the life that I use to live and he did with a little bit of me changing some things in my way of eating i was over 300lbs and now I am 185lbs and feel spectacular Thank you for the love

I really like how informative the doctors are at this facility and how caring and helpful the staff is. They explain everything clearly and answer questions clearly so they are understanding without causing fear in my mind. I have dealt with several different staff members here and have pleasant reviews for all. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Chilazi is very personable, knowledgeable and he most definitely is dedicated to his profession. It's a pleasure to have him as my cardiologist. His staff are courteous and considerate and always willing to help with whatever u need. I give them 5 stars!!!

Top notch care all around. Dr. Chilazi is very knowledgeable yet personable; Erica the NP was so incredibly understanding of my complaints/issues and took steps to help me address them; and the front office girls are always so pleasant and greet you with a smile.

I was promptly greeted by a friendly receptionist, completed my paperwork and waited for a short time before I was brought into the exam room. The nurse took care of vitals then again a short time later Dr. Chilazi came in. As usual, I was impressed that he did NOT rush through the exam and took the time to listen to what I had to say. He has a sincere concern for his patients.
