It was Saturday and I randomly Had the idea of not being to a dentist in probably 8 years with how busy life has been, and decided to google and call this place based on reviews. They were able to get me in 2 days later, and the young lady at the front desk was so nice. And Kim, the dental hygienist, wow. She was not only polite, and pleasant, she was extremely in depth, so told me so many things i had no idea about, regarding gums, bones, saliva, all the nitty gritty oral stuff. It was truly like I read a book “going to the dentist for dummies” lol. She was amazing. And she did not make me feel like a crazy person asking about the dangers of flouride, or how hard or soft to brush, or condemn me for not flossing. I can’t recommend this place, or kim enough! I had a crown done here , not only was the dentist very rude. She dropped the crown and permanently sealed it in, when asking for documentation that this had happened the company ignored me. That caused severe infection as you can imagine damaging the tooth , they refuse to take accountability even still for what they did to me or provide me with the documentation or even name of dentist who did this procedure. The dentist also told me another cavity was so severe extraction was my only option, my new dentist filled it with no issues and no need for extraction or root canal. DO NOT GO HERE AWFUL

Can't say anything positive about this office. It's located in an old basement. The receptionist was coughing and not wearing a mask. PPE black $ store masks were sometimes worn by other staff. I got put into a tiny room with no door or working X-ray. I could hear from my room that the dentist didn't want to do a root canal before she even looked at me. Then after waiting for more tech problems to be fixed. I finally had to go into a bigger room. The dentist didn't want to help me like she had pre-opted out of helping me and gave lame excuses and refused to help. I had driven quite far, and they referred me even further away. I would never recommend it.

Dr. Riar has completely changed my smile and my life. She’s so amazing in everything she does. Kim is my dental hygienist and is also so great. Very knowledgeable and knows how to explain it in a way that will help you understand why dental health is so important. I can’t leave the office girls out of this review. They really help me figure out insurance woes and help me with my schedule. I can’t say enough about Taunton Dental Associates. Thank you all so much!!

These people and this place saved me! I've never experienced what I was going through before. These people were the sweetest most professional place and made me feel so much better knowing im under safe caring hands! Took the time to see me ,exam me and get me the right treatment I needed! Iam forever grateful for these amazing people and this place 🙏 🙌
