Rude and unprofessional. I'd had a burst blood vessel in my eye a week prior, and asked if it would have an effect on the results of my eye exam- he scoffed, but my prescription is WAY off. I have several medical conditions that cause light sensitivity, and for some reason he found that amusing/annoying. He seem extremely rushed, as if he had better things to do.

The doctor was cold and impersonal. Did a quick exam, sa8d about 20 words to me and rush back to his televison show that he was watching before my disturbance. Finally his front desk person came to sit me in a little tiny room to dilute my eyes and snapped a couple of pictures. Offered to sit me up with another doctor who had been associated with this clinic. I declined and she set me up with vistar in Roanoke, and that my friends must go into a d8fferent chapter.

Incredibly unprofessional. He treated my 6 year old autistic son like a dog all because he has a sensitivity to light. Rolled his eyes like a high school girl and ended up giving an improper diagnosis, as we got a second opinion. 10/10 stay away.

My wife and I saw Dr. Butler today for our eye exams. What a great visit. Dr. Butler and the staff was so nice and friendly, made us feel really good. I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and polite. Very reasonably priced.
