Very poor customer service. They couldn’t care less about their clients.
No option to speak to a person, it's either know the extension you need or leave a message...3 days trying to reach someone to schedule an appointment, obviously not interested in keeping patients...message received I'll be looking for new dr.
Helpful friendly staff. Primary Care in the community assisting the Department of Veterans affairs when necessary.
