Alleghany Family Pharmacy

The whole staff at the pharmacy have always been wonderful and friendly to me. They are great answering any questions I may have and if the Dr orders a medicine they don't have they can get it the next day. Some of the bigger pharmacies take longer for some reason. Prescriptions are filled in a very timely fashion. I love this family pharmacy and support it. They are the best around here. I don't see them going out of business anytime soon!!

So easy to deal with! I love this pharmacy! Nice, always polite and helpful. I used to think this, but since there is new people there I have had nothing but problems!! They have lost my refills on paper, and told me they sent them back, sent them back to where??!! Never had this problem before! They lose my kids medicines or say they can’t fill them, I have refills on my meds and when I call to refill them, the numbers on them aren’t right says the automated recording! I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 4 plus years, and never had any real trouble out of them until here recently! When some new people started working there, it’s went so far down hill it’s hard to deal with and I can’t go anywhere else.. so it’s very frustrating

This Pharmacy has been outstanding in the transferring of all my prescriptions from another pharmacy in the area. They are quick in response to any questions I may have. In addition, I really enjoy the text updates when my prescriptions are ready. Lastly, I really like the drive through it makes it so convenient in adverse weather. I hope this Pharmacy is here to stay because it's an outstanding business.

Alleghany Family Pharmacy is always willing to help and answer any questions I may have. So much better than the larger pharmacies, less wait time and a lot friendlier!! Glad to support the small business that makes you feel like family.

The employees there are very respectful and professional. This pharmacy is great! I love that I can go through the drive through instead of going inside to get prescriptions. Highly recommend!
