My 14 year old went to target and found 15 bags of valentines theme chocolates that was supposed to be 90percent off. We had gone the week before and found it at 75 percent off but were waiting for it to drop in price. When he went to pay the computer showed $0.00 so they told him they couldn’t give him the full discount. Because he is young I decided to go back to speak to a manager. They did not award the discount or even allow us to speak to a different manager(the lady that helped us said she was the manager) Target prices their holiday items at a discount to sell as much left over items as possible. I really hate the decieptful and wasteful practice of put a shrinkflated amount of product in an obviously oversized container to make you think your getting a better value. I know all stores do it, and make you pay for the dang bag too. Just so irritating and show companies don't care about reducing their carbon footprint at all. The image is a brand new unopened bottle of powder.

The guy in the electronics department is lazy and unprofessional. He refused to do the price match or open the anti-theft box and asked the customer to go to the customer service desk. I don’t know why you hire him to sit there and doing nothing. On the contrary, people at the customer service desk are always nice and helpful.

All you guys need to do is turn on the AC like every other store has, then it wouldn't be so uncomfortable when the temperature is high outside. Good prices when things go on sale, I like the yellow tags. I was a daily shopper till I was approached by a very rude security guard. I reported the incident to management. I don't know if he still works there, but the times I come in, i haven't seen him. I hope I didn't just jinx it :))

Wow. My elderly mother left something at the store about an hour and a half ago and I’ve been trying to call non-stop for an hour now. The store is still open, but over & over & over again when I called the customer service desk the phone rings & rings until it finally disconnects. I finally started trying different departments. I did reach a lovely woman in apparel, I think she said her name is Chelsea. She was amazing, absolutely incredible. She went out of her way to check at the desk for me. Unfortunately, after I hung up with her I thought of one more spot for her to try. So once again- calling calling calling. I’ve tried multiple other departments as well- same. Does no one ever answer the phones there?! This is ridiculous.
