Was seen by Dr. Gerlach today and his staff and they were all so nice! For background knowledge I am a dental assistant and I needed to establish care with a new doctor and I’m so happy I chose Sparrow dental. I had heard good things prior to my visit and I’m glad I made the choice to come. The office is very clean, and his assistant Gabe was very nice and thorough. I could tell Gabe and Dr. Gerlach have a good working relationship which I love to see as an assistant. His front staff were also very nice and set me up with my next appointments with ease. I highly recommend Sparrow Dental.

This was my first visit to Sparrow Dental. I can see why they came so highly recommended. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm, welcoming and professional. The office is clean and modern, and everything was explained clearly which made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Gerlach took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling confident about my dental care and happy to have found a place I can trust. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional service and a caring team!

I’m a new patient at Sparrow and have thoroughly enjoyed (as much as one can enjoy a visit to the dentist 🤪) both my appointments. Scheduling was very easy. Exam rooms are very clean, and all of the staff is wonderfully kind. If you’re looking for a new dentist this is your place.

I had to switch from another long-term dentist due to change in insurance. Heidi at Sparrow was helpful reviewing and confirming my insurance coverage and getting me set up with an appointment. Their office is easy to find near McDonalds in Sherwood with lots of parking. Kristen did my x-rays and cleaning and carried on conversation like we were friends! During the silent moments I watch an amazing Switzerland landscape video on the overhead screen. Dr Gerlach completed the exam and made some suggestions for future care with no pressure to act immediately. Overall, a very positive experience!

I had an emergency procedure that needed to be takedn care of. I was also in the market for a new dentist because of insurance changes. Sparrow Dental was fantastic. They were the 6th dentist I called and the only one to take me on as a new patient. Their facility was comfortable - had the latest in dental tech and the team there was professional and caring.
