Target

Messy, bare selection, terrible customer service, and the longest lines at checkout Becuase no register is open but self checkout. Not sure how I’m supposed to want to come here.

Poor job target, not only are the employees unwilling to help by walking quickly away after establishing eye contact, your kiosk also told us it couldn’t find anyone to help us. It does seem to know the store and the employees here. I noticed after posting this that you can see a few items to the left out of place… Since it’s showing in the picture I’ll go ahead and add that quite a bit of the store was in disarray, it has obviously been a few days since anyone has gone through and tidied things up. With the level of service we experienced, it’s not surprising.

In hospitality management, each detail influences the ultimate outcome of an experience. Adding seat covers in the restrooms is a great addition! The condition of a restroom is a key aspect of a visit to a store. It either improves or undermines the experience.

I don't shop here personally due to very unhelpful staff and attitude. But I shop for instacart and my customer wanted beauty products and I'm not one who uses them. The instacart is suppose to show me what isle it is in so I can find it faster as we are timed on how long it should take. I asked a lady with shoulder length black wavy hair where items were as it didn't show where it was and there beauty department is lacking in proper signage, for example, skin care should be in skin care not three isles down. As soon as I asked her the first time where something was she looked irritated but pointed where it was at. I thanked her. Now, having worked in retail for many yrs, I understand that they are very busy and I tried to look in every isle before asking. I had to ask for her help again a

This store used to be clean and nice. Every aisle is trashed at this point. The floors and bathrooms aren't clean. The dairy/meat aisle smells like rotting food quite often. There is usually only one actual checker and the self checkouts are backed up and dont work half the time. I used to come into this store all the time and now I try to avaoid it and always regret my decision when I do decide to stop in. I dont know why it has gone downhill so much. Do better Target! Editing: I don't know why I keep giving this Target a chance, I guess I am just hopeful to have a nice Target again. Did and online order for pickup, had shoelaces in the order and they were marked out of stock. I went to the store myself and there were plenty of shoelaces. Either the employee just didn't bother to find th
