Dr. Dufour and his staff are phenomenal. I really got the sense that he was trying to help me rather than just a quick assessment to diagnose something he can charge for. He was very knowledgeable about all facets of vision and disorders that may be related but aren't in his feild. He explained everything very clearly without condescending and gave me referrals for what he suspected the true root of my problem might be when it was outside of his scope. His staff were also very aware. When one of them noticed he had given me contacts to try but I don't use them regularly at home, she made sure I had some solution as well. Highly recommend!

I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. I have a son with special needs, which includes sensory processing disorder. I wasn't sure how getting a vision exam was going to happen. Dr. Dufour was very calming and patient with my son. He also seemed very knowledgeable and made the exam fun for my son. The front office staff and the staff member who helped us pick out glasses were all so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office to families with special needs kids or adults.

Awesome experience! Dr Dufour is very knowledgeable and explains things well. He's great with apprehensive kids too! The office staff is outstanding - Yvonne and Vivian were very sweet and made my 10 year old son feel very at-ease. I can't recommend this place enough!!! 10/10

Dr. Dufour is a great eye Doctor! We’ve seen a couple other eye doctors in Northwest Arkansas, and he’s honestly the best one! He’s very thorough and has been extremely kind with my children. His staff is wonderful also! I’m so glad we were referred here by our old Optometrist!

Dr Jacob was amazing. Took my 3.5 y/o and had the best experience. 10/10 recommend!
