Washington Regional Urgent Care - Rogers (W. Walnut)

We usually use Mercy but the wait times were high or there were no time slots available until Monday. We drove by here on our way to Walmart to get some OTC remedies for our toddlers cough and looked them up. Not only were we able to save a time slot online, we were also able to complete her new patient paperwork in the car on the drive there. Our time slot was for 12:45 but we arrived early (about 12:10) and were able to have our toddler seen, tested, medication prescribed & out the doors by 12:50. The staff was incredibly patient with an uncooperative toddler (if you know, you know) and the APRN (i believe Christina was her name?) had amazing bedside manner! Ally the nurse practitioner was fantastic, excellent bedside manner. Clean location easy to get to. The other staff were also very nice from the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals. They also fit me in with the first 8am appointment in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. We were seen quickly, the staff was so kind and the APN took the time to really talk to us about how my daughter was doing. This will be our go to urgent care if we need one again!

I have been using the Pleasant Grove location for a few years, but this one is right around the corner from my house. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor (Alyssa) was thorough and quickly identified what I needed. She listened to my symptoms and prescribed me exactly what I needed to get better. The whole experience was great!

I went to the WRUC located on Walnut St./Rogers on a Friday evening at 545pm. They were not busy and I was seen right away. The MA (Ana) and the APRN (Chris) had great chair side manners and were thorough and very caring! They took care of me quickly and I was out the door in under and hour! Plus I got a "Swag Bag" full of WRUC items!! I'll definitely go back, when needed!!
