Target Optical

Dr. Micheal and his staff were so kind and generous with us. My son sat on his glasses and the screw popped out. Not only did they welcome us in but they worked on the glasses for an hour (it was bent and tricky hinge) and they succeeded in fixing them. Thank you so much!

I purchased new glasses today at target optical department on university Avenue in St Paul. The young lady that waited on me was Thanh Nguyen. She was absolutely delightful and one of the best sales personnel I have ever dealt with. She helped me with my prescription, she helped me pick out my frames, and she was kind and considerate and thoughtful, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. It will be no surprise to me as Thanh Works her way high up the corporate ladder with Target. Target is lucky to have her on board. Jim Burt

The store manager Thanh Nguyen was super kind and considerate! She really helped me with an issue with my glasses that was plaguing me for weeks and immediately resolved it and answered any questions I had. I will be coming back if I have the same issue!

Update. Attempted to ask them to correct it, but doubled down on their deceptive practices. Unsurprising from an MBA bro who cares more about making money than providing patient care. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human. I would not recommend going here unless you have the simplest, most straightforward eye needs. I am somewhat mad at myself for going here in the first place but definitely for expecting a solution to be reached by returning. I have a complex-ish eye problem but it's well passed the initial diagnostic phase, it's literally just updating my prescription if needed and ensuring I don't have an eye disease. Thanh was really nice and helpful! She was able to reattach the arm of my daughter's glasses in just a couple minutes and didn't worry about the fact that we didn't get the glasses from here! I really appreciate it!!
