The customer service is amazing. Lilly did such a wonderful job of helping me order my new pair of glasses. She made the process easy and quick.

These are the most comfortable eye glasses I’ve ever worn and I can see some much better. The optician Mr Sabates knew what he is doing and treated me with a very professional and friendly way. I will recommend Target optical very strongly.

The male doctor who saw me was extremely rude and condescending during my visit. Instead of taking the time to explain that the blurriness I was experiencing could be related to something like astigmatism—or simply educating me, since I am not well-versed in this subject—he belittled me and made me feel inadequate for not being able to clearly describe my symptoms. His demeanor was dismissive and demeaning. There is absolutely no reason for a medical professional to talk down to a patient when they have an opportunity to educate and reassure them. This was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning.
