Target Optical

Important detail regarding the location for the vision screening. The doctor is not inside Target. I made the mistake of going inside the store and directly to SunglassHut who sells the glasses. It is very difficult to connect with the doctor. I scheduled my appointment online and the receptionist did not have the scheduled appointment. The process was quick and no real extensive wait time. The concern was not connecting with the doctor regarding the need for contacts. I was provided 1 trail pair, and was told no other trails were available. If you are a contact wearer like myself you understand. The answering services was messy, but it allows you to leave a VM for a return call. Once I received a return call I was informed that one 1 left eye contact was available and it will be

Nicole was great helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to look at and get info on the meta glasses. She was very nice and answered all of my questions which led to me making the purchase earlier than I expected. Highly recommend. Thanks Nicole! My wife loves them.

We have always had a great experience at Target optical in Glenn Allen. This time was no exception. Nicole helped us and she was great! She helped us navigate insurance so that we got the best price, and wrapped up the process ( even doing tune-ups on sunglasses) with us. Nicole ‘s customer service skills are excellent. She thoroughly explains things and is always detail oriented and pleasant to interact with. When it’s time for glasses again we will definitely be coming back to Target Optical in Glen Allen, VA.

Nicole was incredibly heipful in searching both inventory and trial inventory (even in storage) for contact lenses for me. I had gone from accident to 2 hospitals and surgery and then a rehab hospital. I really needed to see in the rehab hospital 1 hour and a half from home and my supplies. She found some extras that were similar and was able to order a new box of my Rx quickly. Thank goodness I took a picture of my Rx with my phone. She was extremely helpful as it was my daughter doing all this work.

Nicole and Charquan were so incredibly helpful. My husband and I came in to get new classes and had a ton of questions. Nicole and Charquan were so patient, answered all of our questions and were so knowledgeable about all the products and options. Would absolutely buy glasses here again!
