I just want to share how awesome the store manager, Stephanie is. She is very kind, friendly , helpful and top notch professional. She tries her very best to help me. I have very high myopia and really wanted glasses that would not look super thick . I needed frames that were very small so they would not come out looking super heavy. Anyway I just wanted to thank you Stephanie.

My mother went there to get an eye exam with Dr. Chen and get a pair of prescription glasses. Dr. Chen and his staff were great. They were friendly and thorough. After receiving my mother received her prescription, she went to get her eyeglasses with the shop. Tung was very friendly and helpful with the process. He helped explain everything to my mother, and we are very happy with the service provided.

Camilla the sales associate was so amazing, helping me work through my insurance and making sure I got the best price available to me. She also made sure I got the frames I really wanted which weren’t on the floor but she was able to order them for me online. Truly an amazing experience due to Camilla and her dedication

been going there for a couple years as the service and professionalism was outstanding. Recently though, there has been a hispanic woman who is sometimes alone in the store in the mornings. She is very grumpy, passive aggressive, condescending and just completely unprofessional. annoyingly when any other employees are around she is the opposite, so she clearly knows what she is doing. the other staff are very nice and I try to avoid dealing with that woman, but sometimes if she is there alone, I have no choice. hopefully this attitude is addressed appropriately and the customer experience isn’t affected anymore.

This place is amazing! The staff and Dr. Chen, the optometrist, are fabulous! They work really hard to make sure you have comfortable eyewear but also that you get the best price! I cant say enough about how great they are!!! Great selection and price on frames! Thank you to Camille and the rest of the staff! You all are awesome!
