I am so happy to have found Dr Natalia Sheppard. She was extremely professional & personable, and intently listened to my concerns as we found an eyeglasses prescription that fit my unique needs. I never felt rushed & was so impressed by her intelligence and knowledge. Seriously one of the best eye care professionals I’ve ever been to! At the front desk, Summer was so kind and friendly- everything from start to finish was streamlined & efficient. Overall a really great staff at a convenient location. Easily 5 stars!

Target has a great selection of glasses. I took advantage of the buy one get one 50%. Opticians were beey helpful pricing out various oprions. I got my glasses delivered in 4 days! That is definitely the fastest service ever. Great prices and great service

Stress-free, friendly, and fast! I stopped in with my mother to help find her a new pair of glasses. Immediately we were greeted by Tom who explained the store layout, and after asking several questions, made some recommendations. Unlike some other places, he listened to my mom’s needs and didn’t pressure her at all into something she didn’t need or want. Once she found the perfect frames, one of the ones Tom recommended, he was helping another customer and Summer checked us out. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable about the lens options, and helpful; you could tell they genuinely just wanted her to be happy and worked well together. When it’s time to renew my prescription, I will absolutely be coming back.

I had an excellent experience at Target Optical in Apex today. This was my first visit. The support staff are very pleasant and efficient and I was very impressed by Dr. Shepherd. During my eye exam she gave me more information about my vision than I had received in my last three exams with other doctors. Really first rate. And when the exam was finished I had my prescription and I didn't have to ask for it as with other opticians. I would highly recommend Dr. Shepherd and the store.

Carolyn helped me repair a specialty screw that fell out while shopping at target in my glasses. Her warm and pleasant demeanor is a unicorn and Customer service today. Anyone who needs a rockstar optometrist in the Apex area should consider signing up with her!! Made my day. Thank You Carolyn.
