Peak City Family Dentistry

This is probably a strange thing to say in a review for a dentist, but I had a wonderful experience at Peak City Family Dentistry! I've always been afraid of going to the dentist, and had been putting off getting back into a regular schedule of cleanings/check-ups. Everyone here is extremely friendly, and the whole staff seems to be conscious of the fact that going to the dentist can be a terrifying experience for some, and works to actively manage that and make the experience as comfortable as possible. I truly could not be more pleased with my experience, and I'm so happy to have found Peak City Family Dentistry! Cannot recommend them enough!

Such a great dental practice. Ashley and Dr CJ are wonderful - the front office staff is always welcoming greeting you with smiles every time. Everyone is highly skilled in their role and it is clear great investments are made in the clinic to be current and offer exceptional care. Highly recommend. And the kicker here is … I have high dental anxiety! But I trust them because of these things.

Love this place. The receptionists are kind and generous with grace. The hygienists are gentle and wonderful people. The dentists are kind, gentle, and through. They’ve talked me through all my options like no other dentist has. They’ve been working with me with all sorts of chaotic situations and anxiety! Today one of the dentists that worked with me on things filled in the other dentist that saw me today and they were both so empathetic and took their time to help me through my options and what to do next. And they too were generous! They also were so protective of my anxiety with X-rays (logically I know it’s fine even without the protective cover) and came up with a plan to help me through it all! Love them all!

I've been going here for a long time. They're wonderful, nice, and always help me feel less anxious about being at the dentist office. Dr. Payne and Dr. Viau are awesome.

Dr. Kelly Viau is truly wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive, making every visit comfortable and reassuring. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines such clinical excellence with genuine compassion. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received and highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dentist they can truly trust. Not to be forgotten my dental hygienist, Melany (amazing!), and the women who work at the receptionist desk are also phenomenal! Thanks for taking such wonderful care of me.
