Target

This Target is pretty darn great. The store is clean, well-stocked, and filled with goodies I need to survive, like food, hygiene products, and cleaning supples. And, oh boy their Toys section is also a lot of fun. I make Mrs. Shamu bring me there right away so we can look at Legos. With all of this being said, there are some flaws to this location (and I would imagine most other Targets too). For one, I almost get ran over by the speedy online pickup order people. Doesn’t anybody remember what Ra's al Ghul told Bruce in Batman Begins? You must mind your surroundings. Maybe they could start incorporating Batman Begins in with their training videos. More times than not the cashiers are incredibly slow too and don’t seem like real human beings. The young lady (or robot?) who rang us up today

I rarely leave reviews, but I can’t skip one for the gentleman who helped me today. Tapper is an incredible employee and an even better human being. He was patient, kind, and determined to help me find a really obscure item. To Target’s management team, please pass along my appreciation and thanks to Tapper. He truly went above and beyond.

I’m truly upset that I didn’t catch the name of the manager on duty for drive-up orders today, but I feel compelled to highlight the exceptional service I received. This individual went above and beyond to enhance my customer experience in ways that I can’t fully express. The issues I encountered with my order could have easily drained me mentally and thrown off my entire day, especially since my son is not feeling well. While I could go into lengthy details about my order, what stands out the most is how this manager dedicated time and effort to ensure my satisfaction. His initiative made a tremendous difference—without his assistance, I would have faced extra costs or prolonged delays in receiving the items I needed. had to wait 30+ mins in the self check out line for all of the registers to be card only, which wouldn’t have been an issue if there wasn’t 2 lanes open and a full store. waited another 20 minutes in the normal line because the cashier took forever. staff were also following me around the store while actively carrying a basket.

Shout out to the amazing Target employees at this store! I was waiting at the counter for an in-store pickup. While the employee was in the back getting the items, no less then FIVE people asked me if I had been helped. Even if they were clearly on their way to do something else, they still asked with great attitudes. Amazing.
