I was very satisfied with the service on my first visit. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. They always make you feel like your dental health matters and they really make sure you get the care you need. I'm very grateful for everything they've done for me. Recently needed a crown. Was not looking forward to this procedure. We have moved away from the area. We have thought about finding another dentist and dental office, as we travel 2 hours to come to the clinic. However we continue our care with Dalseth dental as they are the best! Kind, accommodating, gentle and the whole staff is friendly. The skill and professionalism is the best! Also we love the natural landscaping! And of course all went well!!!!

This is our third visit to Dalseth Dental. Today was my son’s second visit. The provider left the room twice during a filling procedure to complete exams on other two other patients. This distracts the provider from focusing on one patient fully to provide the best care possible and adds time to your appointment. While they’re focused on maximizing profits seeing as many patients as possible it shows no respect for the patients time - which comes at a cost to the patient. Lack of communication about the extension of appointment from the on-set is unacceptable and disrespectful. Profits over patients is the model.

As a family we have been going to Dalseth Dental for many years. They are absolutely the best in what they do! Everyone is thoughtful in care recommendations, timely appointments, clear communications going into appointments, transparent in cost of care, and efficient care during appointments. And last but not least - every team member there has top notch customer service!
