By far the best experience we’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic. All of the staff are so thoughtful, kind, and compassionate. My daughter showed up randomly without an appointment with our dog and they worked them in right away. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will never go elsewhere.

Went here for the first time a couple a weeks ago and I must say that i am very impressed and blown away.It is absolutely beautiful from the moment you pull into the parking lot to inside just takes your breath away.I felt like I was going into a luxury hotel or spa. The staff is very delightful and knowledgeable. We saw Dr.Laurel Chafin,and it was such a awesome and memorable experience.She is also super funny! Dr.Laurel was super attentive, she listened to what was going on and gave us super helpful and honest options.I also have to include that they were super accommodating for our girl who is very reactive, that was super helpful and I am so grateful! We have had great visits at Chafin Vet! Just had our one year old visit and our Dog Henry pulls to get in the door every time. Dr. Laurel is very thorough in answering questions and providing extra information as well.

They took great care of my boy Larry. As someone who was looking for a new vet and as a first time visitor we couldn’t be happier. The wait time was like <5 min to get into the room (my last vet felt like they booked sooo many appts at the same time the dr would come and go over 90 min or more) and the dr and tech were working with us almost immediately. The entire appt was 30 min and they answered all of my questions, and jogged my memory to make sure we weren’t missing anything I couldn have forgotten about his history or my concerns. I’ll be back in a month with my other little guy.

Great team that is knowledgeable and truly cares about your pets. Dr. Laurel and the team helped us greatly through a challenging period of treating our cat that was suffering from a terminal illness, providing detailed information and encouragement at each step. Notably, they also have fair pricing. Unlike other vets I’ve been to, they are very transparent with costs and don’t try to sell you on things.
