Dr. Ross and his team have gone above and beyond for me and my companion Paws (dog). Paws got sick with Lymes disease after going on a hike a while back. I took him to Bakersfield Pet Vet where they did nothing for me besides take my money. I called Dr. Ross’s office and was able to make an appointment for that same week. Dr. Ross immediately got Paws on medication after examining thoroughly. After about 2 days I called his office and let them know I was having issues with Paws keeping his meds down. He told me to come on in and that he would swap it for something different. I live in Bakersfield so I told him I would try and make it before he closed. My baby had kidney failure and for 3 year Dr. Ross and his staff did everything they could to help my baby girl to get better. I would highly recommend this vet as they truly care about all the animals and only want the best for them!
