Great. Same staff pretty much as Rite Aid so thats awesome
The staff and Pharmacist are awesome. They take the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. My scripts are always filled quickly.
The staff including the manager does not know how to request the insurance for approval if in the case a prescription needs to be picked up before the scheduled date, so I had to move my prescription back to the CVS pharmacy in Bakersfield where they can do it for me.
Every time I go there the hispanic young lady tells me either my son medical don't cover his prescription or they don't take my insurance (Aetna ) and makes me pay out of pocket ! The other night she told my son his medicine was 50 dollars so I go in talk to pharmacist and he says it's covered ! Terrible customer service that lady has no clue wglhat she's doing this had been 3 different occasions she got me ladt time for the 58 dollars . Then another 38 dollars that's when I demanded to speak to pharmacist
the wrong location! It is not at all near the restaurant, it's in the parking lot with the ATM and cricket wireless
