Tackett Compounding Pharmacy

I used to have the worst experiences getting prescriptions at big box pharmacies. Once I found and switched to Tackett, I actually enjoy going into the pharmacy. They are quick and helpful. I also love that they offer more natural options for everything. The attached market is one of our favorite spots too! Highly recommend!

Most of the staff here are pleasant and professional; however, this pharmacy does not accept GoodRx, so customers should be prepared to pay full price for their medications. I’ve also experienced occasional issues with medication availability. Unfortunately, there is one staff member whose attitude and lack of concern for customers’ well-being has made my experience here very disappointing. Customer service is an important part of healthcare, and I hope management addresses this issue. I’ve since transferred all of my prescriptions elsewhere. As a consumer, I believe in supporting businesses that value their customers. Hopefully, this feedback encourages improvement. Good luck to Tackett Pharmacy—changes are needed to ensure every patient receives the care and respect they deserve.

Of all the pharmacies that I have ever used, this pharmacy is by far the friendliest, fastest, and most professional. There is rarely a time we here more than three people are in front of me in line, they offer shipping, and they know you by name. They actually answer their phone when you call, and they have a texting system where you can text them if needed. They do not have a drive-through, however, all of the positive things about this Pharmacy make up for not having a drive-through. I highly recommend this pharmacy and will continue to use them!
