Terrible Experience with Dr Kenneth Wikes ,Facility Otherwise Good I had a very bad experience at this CareNow location.Dr Kenneth Wikes who saw me ,was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional from the moment he walked into the room, he seemed annoyed, as if my presence and questions were boring him.He dismissed my concerns and even insinuated that I was lying about my injury, which left me feeling humiliated especially since the mistake was on their side, as they had recorded my injury details incorrectly. To make matters worse, I later found out that he complained about the doctor who had seen me during my previous visit, which added to the unprofessionalism. Brought my daughter in with abdominal pain/vomiting. Dr Kenneth Wilks walked in the room and the first thing he said was “no mask. Isn’t that nice” as my daughter had her emesis bag up to her mouth. He then said “so is she nauseous or vomiting because those are two different things” because I put both on her paperwork. He informed me that strep can cause GI symptoms but refused to test her and suggested that she was having appendicitis and we needed to go to Cooks. He also told me all about a patient he saw with GI symptoms that had strep and gave their last name and their relation to a famous person (love the HIPAA violation). Highly recommend!!! Professional staff and providers!!! Very comforting and educational!!! Very please with the follow-up after a head injury I got at work. This will be the only clinic I go to form now on. 10 Stars!!!

Love the online appointment process that puts you in line and limits your wait in the office. The clinic is bright and clean and the nurse and PA were friendly helpful and efficient. Everything you want from an Urgent Care facility. Thank you.

Took my daughter in this morning. I booked an appointment for 8 AM we walked in with No waiting. We saw the PA, Victor. He was extremely professional, very thorough and prescribed everything to get my daughter feeling well. Our co-pay was low. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back here.
