H-E-B Pharmacy

The absolute worst design I have ever seen. I think a 3 year old could have done a better design than this cluster mess at the drive through. Why have a drive through if it’s a pain. All lanes are busy. 2 cars waiting in front of me. A huge truck behind me to drop a shipment off. There is not a lot of room for all of this, there is no where for waking cars. And if a box truck if dropping off we are all in a mess of a cluster. Wrecks more likely to happen because of this poor design. Elderly ppl don’t know how to navigate this mess. Do better HEB.

Great pharmacy, only complaint is some times they are a little slow to fill. If you call and tell them it is needed they will fill it more quickly but I don't want to have to call when I have the flu and just want my script.

I asked that ALL my rx’s be filled at once so i would not have to drive back multiple times. The service was already not the best but I got past that part.,I waited almost 40 mins only to find out there’s still not one in there. I called back today and the little sweet lady said,”Oh we put it back it’s been 10 days. We will get it ready for you.” I mentioned to her that I asked the lady right then to prepare them all. I even paid for it. It was most definitely missed. She didn’t apologize and definitely didn’t care about wasting anyone’s time or gas. Smh

I've been with HEB pharmacy for awhile now. I've been pretty happy with them vs other pharmacies. I use the drive up pharmacy because I'm handycap and miss seeing the pharmacist in person. There was a one guy I really liked, he was pretty good at his job! but I haven't heard him in awhile unfortunately, I hope he's still there. The only way I can describe him because he had to bring out my meds is that he has red hair. Very well spoken and would get me out of there fast. Please bring him back if he's gone someplace else. I miss Anna as well.

Clarence went absolutely out of his way to help me this morning! He straightened out an issue I was having between the pharmacy and my provider on his own accord, and then called me back to update me on the situation. I was completely blown away and very grateful for his help. Thanks again Clarence!
