The owner “Moe” the pharmacy tech Ben and John, all took my information as a new patient with a chronic medical condition I had to locate a prescription RX that was in back order at my main pharmacy. They had me send over all of my other medications, and my medical chart (first time I’ve ever heard of that request from a pharmacy) and had me wait for three weeks to pick up the medication that was supposedly ordered for me after I had followed all the preliminary steps they requested. I drove an hour and a half to pick up my medication on the day instructed to me. Upon arrival, John informed me that the medication was “accidentally” given away to another patient. The pharmacy’s layout is very easy to navigate. I easily find the medication I needed. A big bonus is the knowledgeable pharmacy staff who are very patient and willing to listen.
