I had an outstanding experience with this team. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly thorough, kind, and highly capable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear they truly care about their patients. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such expertise with genuine kindness. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with Dr. Evelyn Mavrofrides I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit. Dr. Evelyn Mavrofrides was extremely thorough, patient, and attentive. She took the time to carefully explain my eye condition, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam. Her professionalism and dedication truly reflect the standards of the American Optometric Association. The office was well-organized, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Mavrofrides to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring optometrist.

This is the place I trust to not only have my glasses made by, but also have my vision checked every year since I had a traumatic brain injury 3 years ago and was very concerned about what might have been damaged in my vision besides the problems I now live with every day. I now have the assurance that if something seems different in my field of vision, I know that they will not only listen to my concerns, but also perform Thorough test to verify that what I’m experiencing is either normal or not normal. I can tell you that with the two test I’ve had both times I’ve come away thinking I found the doctor, employees and outlet that I can be convinced is going to be honest, thorough and helpful. My experience was OK. I ended up paying $56.00 which was just for the eye exam . I have NEVER paid that much for my eye exam. My exams usually run me a little under $20.00. I was a bit disappointed about the price of the eye exam. The office was in network of my ins so I’m not sure why the cost was so expensive. The doctor side doesn’t know much about glasses only contacts. Which the young lady helping me did a great job at making sure I was ok and understanding the ricing for contacts. All in all I wouldn’t go back there for service. I would stick with my normal lens crafts in Altamonte mall .

Over the years, Mom and I have had wonderful experiences at T.N. Eye Care formerly Thai and Associate! A warm professional staff with positivity flowing, thorough exams and explanation of data results, and finally, Dr. Thai and Dr. Mav are amazing professionals who are honest and care about their patients. I love their in depth explanations and next step eye care orders. . Thank you both for excellent eye Care over the years!
