Swisher & Lohse Pharmacy

The staff move extremely slowly. The drive thru is not at all convenient as it takes them 15 to 30 minutes to even come to the window to acknowledge the customers there. The parking lot it too small and the cars that park to go in and stand in line inside (which also takes forever to get through) cannot get out of their parking spots due to all of the cars lined up waiting to even be acknowledged in the drive thru.

This place treats you how all of the pharmacy did in the past , They are there to help they ask questions and answers them and care about who you are as a person and your needs , They are not just a Pharmacy they are so much more , other Pharmacies just treat you like your a names and numbers and it's a job hurry up and wait they aren't caring or friendly.

I've been going there since was on main street!! I've always liked the fast service. Maybe some if the staff could be a little more courteous. A smile and just general manners. I work in customer service, and some may need to be taught about better customer service.

Always friendly staff and if they don’t have my medication they will order it for me. I’ve been happy with the fill time and the drive thru is very convenient.

They have a lot of trouble keeping employees. It is a constant rotation. They always have a help wanted sign in window. Delivery is free and the person who does it is very kind and nice. They do have more limited hours being a smaller pharmacy. They have a drive thru which is convenient.
