Arbors at Pomeroy

Very nice facility with a good staff. Easily accessible. Rooms and facilities are well maintained and clean. Nice public restrooms… takes a second for lights to come on inside. Restrooms are single person and locked.

People were friendly and nice nurses done good job and the helpers were nice but the food was not very good always cold the trays were always set in the hallways for several minutes before they bring them in

◾️ high rating so this IMPORTANT announcement is seen. If you want rude staff & your family member/loved one to be neglected then I recommend this “company”. Kayla is extremely rude. I witnessed her duck under the desk while in a chair to hide from my family and I, move back up with a sigh. She was trying to avoid her mistake! Half of the staff is nice & will apologize for the mistake of other neglectful staff. We had 1 single nurse give us updates such as a fall while the “favorite” staff states they won’t do calls. You will also have to hunt someone down to get names as they won’t tell you when they are in the wrong. I am trying my hardest to get my loved one far away from the “torture they do to us” (quote from current patient/resident). Another statement, “you’re light is throw away

My mom recently was at Arbors short term. We were very pleased with her care and the cleanliness of the facility. The cleanest nursing home I have ever been in. No odors. Also the staff were always helpful and so friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you!

We have been very pleased with the care our loved one has received!!! I wanted to add to this review. Our loved one passed away and we cannot say enough about the care she received at Arbors at Pomeroy. The administrative staff, nursing staff and business staff were all so very helpful. So kind and compassionate during a difficult time! We cannot say enough to express our feelings about the care that was given. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!!!
